What We Did
Our crew completed a full tear-off of the existing shingle roof before installing CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in the Espresso color. We also replaced three existing skylights with new, custom-sized Velux skylights and installed 26-gauge prefinished steel chimney flashings to ensure long-term leak protection and clean roof transitions.

The completed project delivered a refreshed exterior, improved natural light, and a durable roofing system designed to perform for years to come. The new skylights enhanced the interior living spaces, while the upgraded roofing materials and flashing details provided added confidence in the home’s protection.
