What We Did
Our team completed a full tear-off of the existing shingle roof to inspect the decking and ensure a proper foundation for the new system. We installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in the Heather Blend color, providing enhanced durability, rich dimensional color, and long-term warranty protection. The project also included new 26-gauge prefinished steel chimney flashings for superior leak protection, along with new aluminum gutters and downspouts to improve water management and protect the home’s exterior.

The finished result delivered exactly what the homeowners were looking for: a clean, well-executed roof system built to last, with improved drainage and updated details that enhanced the home’s overall appearance. Fast-forward to install: the crew was a pleasure to have at our residence during installation, and they did a super job cleaning up while protecting our landscaping.
