JF Baker Roofing Co. completed a full tear-off of two existing roof layers, exposing areas of rusted metal decking that needed immediate attention. Our team replaced the compromised decking and installed a fully adhered .060 mil reinforced EPDM rubber roof manufactured by Versico. This system was selected for its proven durability, flexibility, and ability to perform in demanding commercial conditions.
