JF Baker Roofing Co. completed a full tear-off of two existing roof layers, exposing areas of rusted metal decking that needed immediate attention. Our team replaced the compromised decking and installed a fully adhered .060 mil reinforced EPDM rubber roof manufactured by Versico. This system was selected for its proven durability, flexibility, and ability to perform in demanding commercial conditions.
The Outcome
The finished EPDM roofing system delivered a clean, watertight surface designed to protect the building for decades to come.
