JF Baker Roofing Co. is hiring an experienced Roofing Estimator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, non-exempt salaried role with the potential to earn commission, offering excellent earnings potential. We’re seeking a driven professional with residential and commercial roofing experience who values accuracy, delivers strong customer service, and works well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site roof inspections for residential and commercial properties
- Accurately measure, document, and evaluate roofing systems
- Prepare detailed estimates, scopes of work, and proposals
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
- Coordinate with office staff, project managers, and field crews
- Follow up on estimates and assist with scheduling projects
- Maintain organized job files, photos, and documentation
