My wife and I are thrilled with the new roof and gutters that we entrusted to J.F. Baker's Sons. We short-listed 3 companies for the proposal stage, and Chad and his company were the obvious best choice to go with (the names of the other 2 rhymed with "tooth" and "bloomin'"). Chad put in the most effort vs the other 2, up front, to assess our roof and our needs, and to respond quickly to our questions stemming from J.F. Baker's proposal. I was especially impressed by the 3 conversations I had with 3 existing J.F. Baker customers -- who all sang Chad's and the company's praises. Their stories of how Chad and the company treated them while doing excellent work were inspiring. Fast-forward to install: the crew was a pleasure to have at our residence during installation, and they did a super job cleaning up while protecting our landscaping. We were so pleased, we had them leave their sign in our yard for 10 days. But here's where J.F. Baker *really* shined: a couple of months after install a very minor issue arose, and I reached out to Chad via email to request some help. The very next morning at 8:30am, two gentlemen from the same crew arrived and promptly addressed it. And THAT my friends is how you know you chose the right roofer!
